jilievp Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "User," or "you") and jilievp ("jilievp," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at jilievp.net. These Terms apply to all products, services, features, and content offered through the jilievp platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, sports betting, bingo, and promotional offers.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the jilievp platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms in full, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and jilievp relating to the use of the platform.

jilievp reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

Use of the jilievp platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gambling regulations administered by PAGCOR.
• You are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted for personal use.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jilievp, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jilievp or applicable regulatory bodies.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the jilievp platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If jilievp identifies multiple accounts associated with the same person, device, IP address, payment method, or household, it reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold or confiscate any resulting winnings pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid email address. jilievp may request supporting documentation to verify this information at any time. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your jilievp account. This includes all bets, deposits, withdrawals, and any communications sent from your account. jilievp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

• Credentials: You must keep your username, password, and any OTP verification codes strictly confidential. Do not share your login details with any other person.
• Unauthorized Access: If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jilievp immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. jilievp is not liable for losses incurred prior to such notification.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your jilievp account with any other person for any purpose — including joint betting, access sharing, or gifting of funds — is strictly prohibited.
• Single Currency: All account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Exchange rate fluctuations applicable to cryptocurrency deposits are governed by the rates applied at the time of transaction.

jilievp reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably believes is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse, or regulatory non-compliance.

jilievp accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online Banking, USDT (TRC-20/ERC-20), and Bitcoin. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will trigger an account review.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect during normal banking hours.
• jilievp does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees. Check your GCash or bank app for applicable charges.
• Deposits made via cryptocurrency are converted to ₱ at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain. jilievp is not responsible for exchange rate movements between deposit initiation and on-chain confirmation.
• jilievp complies with all applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and may request the source of funds documentation for large or unusual deposit activity.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. jilievp aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 30 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and time of request. Requests submitted during peak hours (8AM–12MN PST) are generally processed faster.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be approved. Verification requirements include:

• A valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., UMID, PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID).
• Proof of current Philippine residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, barangay certificate).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method being used for withdrawal (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing registered name and number).
• For cryptocurrency withdrawals: verification of the receiving wallet address consistent with prior deposit activity.

jilievp reserves the right to request additional verification documents for high-value withdrawal requests or in cases where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or AML concern. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in withdrawal request cancellation and account suspension pending further review.

jilievp offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, which form part of these Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from free spins are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any portion of the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's individual terms page.
• Game Weighting: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are listed in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and unmet wagering requirements will expire as stated in the promotion terms, typically within 7 to 30 days of the bonus being credited. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any time. Opting into a new bonus while a prior bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Abuse: Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through arbitrage betting, duplicate accounts, syndicated wagering, or deliberate low-risk play intended to fulfill wagering with minimal exposure — will have their bonus forfeited and account reviewed. jilievp's determination on bonus abuse is final.

All casino games available on jilievp use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio providers and streamed in real time under regulated conditions.

Sports betting odds are set by jilievp's trading team and are subject to change until the relevant market is suspended prior to event commencement. In-play (live) betting odds update in real time. jilievp reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the outcome of the event was already determined (late bet).
• The odds displayed were the result of a technical error or manifest pricing error.
• The event was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and not completed within the applicable rescheduling window.
• There is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or manipulation of the relevant sporting event.

jilievp's gaming decisions, including the determination of game outcomes and bet settlement, are final and binding unless a technical error can be demonstrated. Disputes must be raised with jilievp customer support within 7 calendar days of the relevant event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilievp platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance confiscation, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion, including coordinating bets with other players to guarantee profits or exploit promotions.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any suspected vulnerability must be reported to jilievp immediately and not exploited.
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any other illegal financial activity.
• Opening accounts on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any customer support interaction.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jilievp staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any proprietary software, game content, or intellectual property associated with the jilievp platform.

All content on the jilievp platform — including but not limited to the jilievp brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilievp or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilievp platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jilievp content without express prior written consent. Unauthorized use of jilievp's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilievp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, whether from casino games, sports betting, or any other wagering product.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure outages.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Errors or delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banking institutions.
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform that are subject to change.

jilievp's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilievp collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the jilievp platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and where you have opted in, direct marketing communications. jilievp does not sell your personal data to third parties. jilievp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR regulations seriously. Access to the platform is strictly limited to players who are 21 years of age or older. We do not condone gambling by minors and will immediately close any account found to have been registered by a person below the legal age.

All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications that alert you when you have been gaming continuously for a set period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account is suspended and cannot be reactivated until the period expires.

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time. You may close your account voluntarily by contacting jilievp's customer support team. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method after all pending wagering requirements and KYC checks are resolved.

jilievp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if it determines — at its sole discretion — that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account has been used in connection with fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.
• Your continued use of the platform poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to jilievp.
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within the stipulated timeframe.
• You are found to be under the age of 21.

In cases of account closure due to a proven breach of these Terms, jilievp reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including real-money funds, pending winnings, and bonuses, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting jilievp's customer support team. jilievp will endeavor to acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

jilievp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilievp will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the jilievp platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact customer support to close your account before the changes take effect.
